Price clipped jackets lower the value a lot too, so be weary of that. Some people will also cut the price off the dust jacket and state it is price clipped and they will do this on a bce book jacket to trick you too. Some bces are the same color where the true first is two toned blue. Also, I have noticed with Different Seasons is that the true first edition has different colored front boards on the body of the book. Different Seasons is tough because the bce and true first have the same address on the copyright page. The only books that are book clubs and book clubs only are "Storm of the Century" and "Secret Window" where none of these books have prices on their jackets, but it is the only edition.
